Where is my order?
Thank you for patiently waiting and for your understanding! Please give 3-5 business days for all orders to be processed and shipped. Purchases made on weekends and holidays are processed the following business day. After an order is processed, it takes 2-4 business days to be delivered, make sure you check your email for the tracking number so you can keep an eye on the package you've been waiting for.
What can I expect?
All of our items are handcrafted from start to finish (mixed, casted, sanded, and sealed) which makes colors and patterns may vary slightly. Each of our products is unique and looks similar but not identical to the one shown It is possible for there to be air bubbles, uneven texture, and minor irregularities on the trays, however, this does not affect the quality or functionality of the item.
Will shipping in hot weather affect my candles?
Soy wax is a very soft wax and will start to melt if exposed to hot temperatures for long periods of time. However, to minimize the risks associated with shipping in hot weather, we will ship only on Monday through Wednesday and include ice packs with the shipment. These ice packs will typically control the temperature for up to two days. Please keep in mind if you let the box lay outside in the sun all day after it has been delivered you might still end up with a melted candle. To avoid this, be aware of tracking and delivery notifications through your email.
What is your shipping policy?
You item will be shipped to you within 3-5 business days of your order date, unless an item is on pre-order (due to molds and colors being restocked). We will keep you updated on the progress of your order. If you need your item before then, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate with express shipping.
